Our statement on social responsibility

A1 believes it is impossible to treat Environmental Social Governance (ESG) separately from DE&I, and many of these action plans will overlap between the two policies. It is well documented and widely known that historically underrepresented or underserved communities are more likely to suffer from environmental impacts and climate change than other groups.

As such, over the last decade, increasing precedence has been placed on infrastructure and development projects across the industry to examine and mitigate their impacts on the environment and surrounding communities.
